Onsite Registrations
After September 22nd, 2017 all registrations must be made only at the venue. Opening hours of the secretariat: October 4th, 5th and 6th from 07h30 to 16h30.
Payment method: cash or credit card.
Cancellation and Reimbursements Policy
Cancellations should be made by e-mail registrationbrasil@mci-group.com until September 22nd, 2017. Note that 70% of the amount paid will be reimbursed, and 30% retained for administrative fees. After this date, there will be no refunds. The reimbursements will be made up to 60 days after the end of the congress.
Replacement of Participant
Replacement of participant should be made by e-mail registrationbrasil@mci-group.com until
September 22nd, 2017. After this date, there will be no replacements. This procedure is available only for people of the same category.
